While you have an appointment schedules, sometimes it's possible to get an earlier appointment because of a cancellation. Two ways are available that can make that happen. One is to get on the cancellation wait list. The other is to call just about every day, if a cancellation happens, it's easier to put your name in the time slot rather than search for the list, call the person, if no answer, call the next person....
