Update:
Successful surgery 3/19, stayed extra night home the 21st
2 weeks of recovery has been an adventure, feeing about 80%
Pathology results were mixed, negative margins although 2 of 11 lymph nodes removed had cancerous cells. Dr. felt as if he got it all but am going back May 8th for PSA test followed by Dr. visit 2 hrs later.
Somewhat concerned and expecting I will have to go through additional treatments.
A little disappointed but am dealing with it. Gleason 9 with Decipher of 1 leaves me a bit discouraged.
Will follow up in May.

Have they discussed ADT with you or are you on it already? Having Gleason nine And decipher of 1 With two lymph nodes cancerous, ADT plus an ARPI sure sounds like it would give you a lot more years of progression free survival.
