Best underpants after prostate removal to protect from leaking?
My husband is having prostate removal surgery and I am trying to find appropriate underwear to prevent leakage. Please help.

@ryszardhereta I buy diapers for men from Amazon Prime. Depends brand gray units cost $0.67 each. Amazon's house brand white units are $0.56 each. Free shipping, but you must pay sales tax and the $0.28/ shipment fee for use of your city's streets. They work.

Debating the whole weighing shields thing. I am planning on following Vanita Gaglani's approach in her book on urinary leakage, which includes bladder logs to track irritants and foods that cause you problems so you can get continent quicker. But, gosh, weighing seems like one more task.

Yup that's exactly what happens if your penis is pointed down and leaking. If your penis is up and leaking the more absorbing part of the pad , the Target zone, absorbs it and traps the urine instead of it leaking out the bottom of the pad where there is less absorbing material.
