Yes, nerves in your feet can regenerate, but the process is very slow—approximately 1 mm per day or 1 inch per month. Regeneration is possible if nerves are compressed or injured but not completely severed. @pamsweitzer , well….I’ve never had pain in my feet. I do have a slightly numb sensation, though my doctors say I have full sensation. I can feel the tiniest pin prick on my feet. Still, I have that slightly numb feeling. It’s far less than it used to be though. So, I’m optimistic, but can accept this sensation if I must. Hopefully, it won’t get worse.
