Good morning to all...I started on 5 mg of Camzyos in the morning in October 2025. Felt very dizzy...I didn't move, the room did! My doc switched the med to bedtime. Dizziness dissipated immediately. Echo in December showed improvement in gradient so med was reduced to 2.5 mg. Still very tired but also take 100 mg Metotropol both am and pm. Doc also took me off Omeprazole and switched to Pantoprazole when I went onto Camzyos...
