Hello.. I’m experiencing numbness, spuggy feet, hard to walk,toes starting to not want to move. This is killing me! Neuropathy is killing me and I can’t get any relief! Let’s start a conversation on how I can get relief please and Thank you

@mzlovely I don't have pain with my neuropathy but do have numbness and tingling in the feet and legs which makes it difficult to walk much. Changing my lifestyle and eating healthier and getting daily exercise of sorts has helped some.
