I went and bought some plain white briefs with a lot of support. You might see if you can find underwear with some Lycra/Spandex in it. The More support the better. Once the Leakage stops from surgery your husband can wear liners/pads etc with his underwear. Once the Cath is out make sure your husband's penis doesn't dangle to the right or left facing downward. Encourage him to make sure his penis is up instead of down in his underwear. That helps with Lekage. The Pads/liners have a Target zone in them and it's not down it's up. 🙂 Just a helpful suggestion.
