@fever1 ooh that sounds interesting. I guess I was trying to do minimal dose since I’m taking it daily. Can you take the 12-hr dose long-term?

@wendymb I take 1200 mg 2*day 3 years took liquid prior to time release. Tried 600mg not satisfactory enough. I’m 6 ft 200lbs. Never a problem with the med itself. How ever I don’t believe med prof wants

Good . So I suit myself. I drink min 16oz water 2*day. Massage sinuses with mouth wide open. Don’t drink ice water but
Room temp. Anything else let me know.
