@dinahj Sorry, it was A LOT!!...I'm not known for my short hand...😘
Im also going to try fascia release again...it helped me sooo much. Take care. Update us if you find anything else.
PS the lady I went to treated a young man crippled with adhesions from cycle accident, she got him moving again...I found it hard to believe so researched extensively before going. Be well if poss.
