Severe Cervical Spine Foraminal Narrowing

I just had a Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection for severe cervical Foraminal narrowing and it hasn’t touched the pain or the numbness and tingling in my hand. Has anyone here had surgery for this and if so, which surgery. Did it help? Thanks for any info!

I had narrowing bad and the only think that helped me was a fusion in the neck it opened it back up
