@squid Good morning. I have been using Earthing/grounding for six years. I have multiple health issues, such as Lupus and Sjogren's, Afib, Per.Neuro, and severe AS ( aortic stenosis) I'm due for open heart surgery next month. But with all these issues, the inflammation is under pretty good control from grounding, I have managed to get by. works best if you do not uses sheet/pillowcases....bare skin contact. I am a firm believer in the benefits .
