D3+K2 Recommendation Please

Could someone please recommend a good D3+K2 supplement without synthetic ingredients?

I have read that plant based is best and those that use lichen and chickpeas.

Has anyone used one from Thorne or Sports Research?

What is the recommended dosage? I have seen high doses like 5,000-10,000 iu of D3 in many of the brands and I would not want to take that much, especially in addition to the amount in my multi- vitamin.

I am 73 and have progressed from osteopenia to osteoporosis in some areas most likely due to taking Anastrazole for the past 2 1/2 years for breast cancer. I stopped taking calcium supplements and I am trying to get it through food instead.

I take 1200 mg calcium per day and try to get most from food. I take calcium supplements from Thorne to make up for what I'm not getting through food.
I also take D3 with K2 (drops from Thorne) which helps D3 helps absorb the calcium and K2 directs it to bones, away from arteries. I've added Jarrow MK7 which keeps it in bones longer. It sounds complicated but it's not. I take 3 drops and 1 tablet at lunch along with calcium, if needed.

I have recently purchased "Seen Chews". They are Calcium chews made by two Doctors in the US both with personal experience with osteoporosis . Goggle it and read all about it. They are strictly made from 4 food sources. ONLY food. They are tasty and easy to digest. You can take anytime, with or without food because they are food!! In my understanding they are in the works of creating the K2 but for now it is not available. K2 is hard to source from food. So I am going to supplement with added D3 + K2 along with the chews.

Thank you. I checked them out and they sound good but are a bit pricey. I am also concerned about the amount of D3 being added to what I am taking in my D3+K2 supplement plus multivitamin. I wouldn't want to overdo it.

@jojo345 This is very encouraging. Thanks for sharing about the bone builder pack.
I am very reluctant to use medication. Would rather do exercise which includes muscle building and use supplements.

@sharonkhale just be sure your kidney function is good, so that the strontium won’t over stress the kidneys.
