@lylii Right on. The news about strontium with algae cal is not the same. Prolia is a medication, I believe, is anabolic, ie builds bones. I stopped taking algae cal.

@sstopalian Prolia is an anti-resorptive medication, not an anabolic. It slows bone breakdown by reducing the number of osteoclasts by holding them at an immature stage of development. Your normal rate of bone growth does continue but it is not increased as it would be on an anabolic medication like Tymlos, Forteo, or Evenity.
