After my prostatectomy small lung nodules (only) appeared on CT scan. They were too small to safely biopsy. After about three months on Eligard nodules “disappeared indicating nodules were there originally due to prostate cancer and not other lung related cancer. Am now changing from Eligard to Orgovyx due to cardiac precautions. Taking Nubeqa as well and have undetectable PSA and testosterone with recent bone scans, PSMA Pet, showing no metastasis in past year. Am Gleason 5+4 stage 4 so feel very fortunate so far on this journey. Summary: Small nodules “only” may be a good sign for you- hope some hormone therapy will resolve nodules!

@rwski79 thanks, I’m hoping they are not cancerous though. My PSA has been undetectable for 4 months after starting Firmagon and abiraterone and radiation. I have no cancerous lymph nodes, so seems unlikely that those nodules are cancerous, but time will tell. 🙂
