@ezas123 I am in the same boat with you with this scar tissue.Had a TKR last May. Needed manipulation done, then a knee scope . It only helped briefly. I even did shock wave treatments . I can feel it returning again. I am back to PT because of hip bursitis that I believe is from the knee problems. So frustrating I don't know what to do next . like you surgery is not the answer.

@lorag sorry to hear , I think there are a lot of us out here with same issue . I am always trying new things . My chiropractor told me to try peptides I looked them up of course .. our body produces these already just in my case I guess not enough … it is injectable Bpc157/ Tb500 they help with inflammation along with other things to much to list . I do at night time before using my PEMF mat . With doing pt I have had no problems. As you know the one on one sessions when they try get more movement can be grueling those are the sessions I put shots by the knee helps recover quicker I feel. When you have Arthrofibrosis you have to look for someone that looks outside of the box for alternative treatments . Sounds like you have tried some with the sound wave therapy , stinks everything is only works for short time. The key is keep on moving .
