Red Light Therapy
I was diagnosed with oral lichen planus in 2018. I have used a variety of steroids when I have a flare and they do work but it's always noted to use them sparingly and only when necessary. I am continuing to search for natural treatment options. Has anyone used a red light therapy device you felt helped?

@jeraberkana, I have worked with red light therapy for other areas. However, I have never seen a device that can be used orally.
