I just started on ADT (Orgovyx) and have not yet experienced painful nipples, but I did experience the problem as a distance runner wearing a hydration vest that chafed against my nipples. (One time, never again!) Solution: Nexcare makes a 1.25-inch wide rubberized tape that I place in an "X" over each nipple, after shaving a small area around them to ensure adhesion. The tape adheres well, removes easily, and is thick enough to make your nipples unaware of anything going on around them. Problem solved - for me, at least.
Don't complain too much or you're going to be getting a mammogram like I did. Of course, my comment is somewhat 'tongue in cheek' since you might actually need one, however, my technician was determined to get some breast matter into her machine and that pain was pretty intense. Also, sitting with the ladies waiting to be tested is not my thing...despite what my wife said, I think they were all looking at me.
Yes my nipples have been sore for several months now and have been off Lupron for about a year now . Getting a blood test soon to ck my PSA and testosterone level , hopefully it goes away .
Yes, I’ve had trouble with the left nipple being sore after being off the Lupron for about a year now. Oncologist looked at it and doesn’t think it’s anything except the fluctuation in the hormones which is what I thought originally but offered to get mammogram if it continued to get worse, but it has actually gotten better. Breast Cancer in men is like one percent of the cases, but it does happen.

Get your testosterone checked. Once it returns to above 200 that problem should probably go away. This is not a problem. I’ve heard other people complain about it.
What other drugs are you on? Estrogen could do this.
