Do you notice constipation as a side effect of Parkinson's meds?

big time constipation,just alot of big rocks close to retrum, i wipe and feel the, tried to dig them out,jusy to get started.....fiber caspusales and miralax daily, still not good, but i am releasing the hard

Constipation is a real problem for PD patients. I hope that you have mentioned this to your doctor. An appointment with a gastroenterologist might be a good idea to make sure the constipation is related to PD and not to another GI issue.
In the meantime, I suggest that you browse through the Digestive Health support group on Mayo Connect. There are several discussions related to constipation.
