I'm so sorry you're experiencing symptoms related to your speech. If I understand correctly, your doctors have not come to a conclusion about cause or next steps? Are you receiving your care at a center of excellence or similar highly ranked cancer center? I would be tempted to seek a second opinion even if you have to travel as this is so critical to your current and future well being.
