Where can I get Alginates in the US. I know Gaviscon Advance is one of them but only sold in Europe

@deb2230 I'm not sure - I haven't needed them, so no personal experience. I would ask a pharmacist in a non-chain store for help.

@deb2230 I was in Scotland and used Gaviscon bought there and it was very effective. My gasto told me I should have stocked up to bring back to USA as it’s more effective than what we can get here. So glad to see this confirmed!
