I find class IVlaser therapy has helped me tremendously. I had to receive treatment several times weekly for first month or so before it made major difference. I have to get the therapy at least 2 to 3 times month to maintain. Not a permanent cure for me but it has changed my life and eliminated the pain

@gmjs
I would like to know more about the laser therapy treatment. Where did you get it or who administered it to you? Getting out of pain would be welcomed at this point. Friday I am going to see a physiatrist and perhaps he can find out what is causing this pain. I know it is due to the shave biopsy but I am uncertain if I am dealing with irritated nerve(s), scar tissue pressing on nerve or nerve entrapment or maybe just a long healing or remodeling process that causes pain. I still exercise and cold weather is another challenge especially now with March winds--allergens are making life tougher. Wishing you well.

@gmjs Where did you receive the class IV laser therapy?
A radiology, dermatology, or chiropractic clinic? I have not heard of it and am interested in your experience. Thanks.
