What are the latest developments in Zanzalintinib (311) with LANREOTIDE ACETATE (4-week cycle) in treating pNET high grade 3 metastatic in liver for over 2 years with previous full cycle (4 in total) Lu-177?

Living with a rare cancer is difficult, and it certainly helps to connect with others experiencing the same thing. @hopeful33250 I am doing fine, still have diarrhea sometimes and manageable with Dexilant.
