Stage 4 esophageal cancer metastacized to lymph nodes

Nov. of 2025 diagnosed stage four,esophageal cancer.Has spread to 3 nodes near bronchial tubes.Because of that,surgery was taken out of the future game plan,regardless if they are clear or not after next scan.
Getting by weekly flot /imfinzi infusions. Completed #4 today,scans scheduled after#6 to determine effectiveness of prior treatments.But as of today,was notified to receive treatments ,depending how I tolerate them,without surgery.

Yep,fatigue sucks,more so if you are somewhat of an active person.Of course,with a treatment due tomorrow,I know that the next 7-9 days,approximately,I’m not going to win the fatigue war.😩For me,days 5,6,7, I try to creep up on it,a little stretching,minimal exercises,try to keep exertion to a minimal.For me,(first few treatments I tried,unsuccessfully,to force the chemo recovery,).just can’t,for me.Still need the rest,a lot sometimes,Even if I add an extra 15 minutes or whatever a day,seems to help me progress.Hopefully I get a decent 4-5 somewhat energized days before the next one.🤭🤭🤭!Will see,tomorrow is #5.head up,keep positive.take care.
