@llanfi - I've bought several different types of these over the past 5 or 6 years but more for the exercise and they really didn't help with my neuropathy numbness symptoms. I think anything you do to help maintain your foot/leg strength is helpful for maintaining mobility. The last one I tried was a lateral foot exerciser which is now in the junk pile 🙃 mainly because I wasn't coordinated enough to use it. I think it would be better for foot and ankle strength but I just couldn't get the hang of making it work with my feet.
