I am at 6.7 for my a1c so I thought I was doing well. But then I got these sores or lesions. And they hurt too. So the dermatologist resident told me to put bacitracin oitment on them. It has helped that I have been trying to run. I do think exercise helps my skin. I also wonder about menopause and hormones and what that does to skin. That happened to me too recently. Menopause and type 2 diabetes.
