@darthvader How frustrating not to find an answer. You said "...everyone says my stats are fine..." In the emergency room, they do what is called "triage" - is there something immediate and life-threatening that can be treated? They treat. If the answer is "No" you are generally given instructions to "follow up with your primary provider."

Since your last ER visit, have you had a complete physical from your primary provider, including blood tests - red & white Blood counts, hemoglobin, thyroid function, A1C, sodium, potassium and Vitamin B levels are a few things that can cause multiple symptoms. Has your urine been checked? An untreated urinary tract infection (UTI) can cause many of the symptoms you describe.

Also, you need to tell your doctor EVERYTHING you are taking as far as medications - prescription, over the counter, vitamins, herbs, supplements, essential oils. Be honest about using CBD, THC, any kind of smokes or vapes, any kind of alcohol, energy drinks... All of these can have adverse effects on some people, and even if OK in the past, your body can change how they are tolerated. In addition, many seemingly innocent supplements can interact with medications or one another.

When is your next appointment for unraveling your health issues?

@sueinmn hope docs check kidneys (including blood tests),as they can cause multiple symptoms not unlike srodriguez mentioned..and most people wouldn’t associate them with kidney problems…just a ‘’wild guess’’ on my part— not a doc, just trying to think ‘’out of the box’’ a bit…
