@monmk My spouse is 74yo. He started with essential tremors in 2013. Was officially diagnosed in 2018. He was told by a neurologist and then last year he saw a movement disorder neurologist. He said he was 4.5 stage at that time. He is definately losing alot of his functional abilities like walking without falling. He has fallen several times in the last 6 months. Balance is non existant for the majority of the time. He uses his walker and his wheelchair if needed. His seizures lead them to believe along with Covid that his congnitive abilities are not always there for him to make quick decisions. He has a heart condition added because of Covid. A couple of weeks ago he was given the diagnosis of Dementia. He is in rehab. He is really doing well considering what he has been through. He has been following with Pallative /Hospice Care. He is in a pretty good mood today. But..that can change quickly as well. He is very dependent on me and that is ok. I am whom he trusts to help him make decisions. I hope this answer your questions. My brother has End Stage PD with Lewy Body Disease. He is 68yo. He is in Hospice. The age does not have any rhyme or reason when it comes with this awful disease. Hugs.

@sillyblone thank you so very much for sharing. Everyone has such a different story. I’m trying to do the next best thing but am at a loss as to what that is. Just keep going. Wish you all the best. Take care of yourself
