Anyone out there have a T cell large granular lymphoma leukemia

I was diagnosed with this disease and wondering what I have to look forward to and what treatment plan is being used. So far I’ve been told to give blood tested every three months and wait and see.

I have been diagnosed with Tcell LGL for over a year. Watchful waiting with blood test ever six month. It all depends on you blood chemistry CBC panel readings. Treatment only necessary once levels indicate treatment.

That’s pretty much what the doctor has been telling me, just doesn’t seem right to just wait.

Can you upload your CBC blood panel results? It would be interesting to see how we compare? Perhaps this is something you don't want to share. But we are both fortunate that our problem has not progressed to needing treatment yet. Perhaps it never will. I have a very good friend who was diagnosed over a decade ago and you would not know he has an issue.

WBC. 6.68
Rbc. 4.24
Hemoglobin 13.2
Hematocrit. 39.5%
Neutrophils. 29%
Lymphocytes 62.1%
My Neutrophils and lymphocytes % has done a 180 from good to bad in the past year.
Sorry I don’t know how to get complete test results uploaded other than typing. If there’s something else you’re curious about just let me know. Rbc and wbc are within guidelines.

If you have the CBC results can you upload them to an email. If so I will share via email.
Glad your RBC are within normal. Good sign. Has you seen a trend of RBCs over a period?
Absolute neutrophils is an important marker.' Can you share..

The wait and see approach is challenging. However when I learned that the treatments do to your immune system I have decided to focus on strengthening my immunity. I take iron, B,s, Vit e, zinc and each 2 Brazil nuts a day. I drink 2 cups of infused nettle tea with spirulina, chlorella, and moringa, matcha tea with fresh lemon every day. My white blood cell count has gone from 2.9 to 5.2. Also taking ecgc the active ingredient in matcha tea. Also intermittent fasting from 6 pm to 10 am, cocoa 100% added to coffee with MCT oil and soymilk. Also no dairy, no meat, 2 cups of dark greens and 1 cup of blueberries a day. We’ll see how my m-spikes respond.

@beekindtobees Got your test results via email direct from your healthcare provider. I cant send you mine via that email address.
From a layman's point of view your results are definitely watch and wait.
I can send you mine if I have an email address.

@beekindtobees I was taking multivitamins and my oncologist just told me to stop. He told me it could be feeding the problem.
