I just read on a post about swimming, not in pools or in lakes. I've gone thru videos etc...
And cnt seem to find this info anywhere. I swim in chlorinated indoor pools, but keep head upright. Have
A cottage and swim in a very clean lake in Muskoka and swim underwater. I need someone to respond to
As I feel very unnerved by this. Also, are we to poor spring water into coffee pot to me coffee

Again, haven't seen a posting on this....so many important questions
