@johnjames Hi JJames, No, I'm not in Phoenix and I feel for you with 109 degree temps, that sounds very difficult. I live in Michigan so while we might have temps in the high 80's right now, it is definitely cooler. I have been doing OK. It is always good to hear from you, your post about the times in the military help us all to put our own problems in perspective and I thank you for that! I do agree that Mayo Connect is a great place for us all to meet, connect and support each other. I hope that your wife is doing better. I'm so glad that you are a part of our group!
