Getting the biopsy will help define the type of cancer as well as grade and stage. That is important for the treatment if it is malignant. If benign just keep watching and getting mamms regularly and do self checks.

I don't even know if it is a cancer to begin with 80% of this type is non-cancerous, my point is I don't want to "poke" the bear with a biopsy, I would rather do a liquid biopsy or just take it out completely without further stressing the area. @kbk8248
