@narelled23 It is very early in this trial for me...but I noticed less mucus and wheezing. It may be the combination of eliminating dairy, which causes so much congestion. I am eating much healthier, intermittent fasting, drinking nothing but water and ginger/turmeric tea and some coffee and mullien tea. I am weight training, resistence training and walking most days. I also eat only Ezekiel bread so much lower gluten. I eat next to no processed foods, little if any seed oils, fruits are mostly berries. I have had to really make this my main focus right now. I choose from the lists of anti inflammatory foods I have found doing searches on the internet. I have had 2 different doctors tell me to eliminate dairy in all forms. Am I going to "cheat" once in a while....probably. But for the most part this is what I am doing. I am breathing and sleeping much better.
