Thanks. The thing is, me and my gf have talked and we both really wanna have sex (both 18), I’m just worried because I know it will be an embarrassing experience and a total let down. What can I do short term to make it a good night, and what can I do long term with medical care to overcome this?

@hugh27 I understand that you and your GF want to have sex. Let me give you some advice from someone who has been in a monogamous marriage for 34 years. My wife and I decided to save sex for marriage. I know, what am I? An old prude? Not really. I just know that you are only young once. Some day you will meet the love of your life. Do you want to be able to look her in the eye and tell her that a) I have slept around with lots of girls, or b) I am saving myself for you.
My first wife and I had sex before marriage. That union did not last. Married sex was not all that good. My second wife and I did not have premarital sex. We have been married for 34 years and have had a wonderful sex life. I can remember when I was 18 how much I wanted to have sex. I don't think that someone that young is ready for the responsibilities that come with ahving sex. Just my humble opinion. I wish you well.
