Hello @royglassner, I don't have lymphedema in my hands so haven't used the gloves with compression ratings but I have used compression gloves to help with arthritis and carpal tunnel pain in both hands. The ones I use have a lot of compression and seem similar in compression to my compression socks I used for the lymphedema in my legs. If you already have ordered spendy medical grade compression gloves, it might be worth ordering some cheap ones like this to use outside the house as a test.
