I was diagnosed with ET in 2019. I have only been taking an aspirin a day. Symptoms are increasing now. Fatigue is debilitating and itchy skin with zero energy. Hemo/Onc is going to start me on low dose Jakafi. Curious to see other experiences. Anyone else experience increase in symptoms?
