Gemini or AI Assist says for my eye and bone conditions estradiol is not a cure all and because I have HBP - it's high even taking 3 meds for that the risks of stroke are real. I have a alternative TX tele med MD that insists I take pellet estradiol not the patch but my GYN and GP and AI assist say no - I an a stroke risk. Also very expensive. I only take standard 25 mg DHEA and no specific testing or side effects except I had DHEA tested years ago it was low normal and very low on female hormones. Age 76 . I distrust mega doses of any supplement without testing and MD monitoring. The alternative Texas MD had me on a mega dose of DHEA but he uses mega doses for everything. I stopped taking the high doses of supplements he prescribes. My osteoporosis is less of a worry presently than my macular degeneration.
