which bisphosphonate does NOT cause hair loss or joint pains

In a few months am going to need to choose a treatment to save any bone gains(if any) that I have achieved from Tymlos.

Side effects I really do NOT want are hair loss, heart problems and joint pains. Seems like evenity, reclast, and actonel could cause one or more of these side effects.
Is there a bisphosphonate drug of choice (besides HRT) that would not give me any of these adverse side effects ?!

2024tymloshelp, risidronate is the bisphosphonate least likely to cause side hair loss (possible but rare), or joint pain because it isn't as strong a medication. If you have a tendency toward afib, bisphosphonates increase that risk. You could still be at risk of reflux, but risidronate can be given in a time release formula once a month, which lessens the chance of reflux considerably. I hope you have great gains from Tymlos and that you brag about it here.
