Do I need to worry about my scan 6 months after surgery?

Hi as most of ye no I've had typical carcinoid in my lung fully removed I've had 2 lobes removed because of where tumor was sitting with all lymph nodes coming back clear after surgery ... do I need to worry about my 6 month scan??

I may be wrong, but it seems there isn’t a completely consistent protocol for follow-up scans with typical pulmonary neuroendocrine tumors. Some doctors use CT with contrast, while others order CT without contrast for routine surveillance. It might be worth asking your team which approach they prefer and why.

Mine have always been with contrast.
