@kayraymat just a word about trazadone. While (for Me) it helps me fall asleep but not stay asleep so by 3 and the third wake sleep cycle I am up for the day. Side effects blurry vision and balance issues made it not worth taking. Too great a risk of falling for a 79 year old woman.
