I have a PT evaluation at Mayo in 11 days. I hope they have a reasonable plan. I can't come close to straightening my knee out. I had the surgery 15 days ago so it's obviously still early, being laid up and somewhat isolated heightens my anxiety apparently.
My wife teaches Chair yoga, so. I'm looking forward to her help.
