Actrema and pressure hives
After my first injection of actemra my liver enzymes reached over 1000 so the actemra was stopped. Then a couple weeks later i developed pressure hives. Related? Dermatologist didnt know but suspected. Anyone else experience a reaction similar?

I experienced hives off and on while I was on prednisone. Not sure what pressure hives are but when mine would kick in they started with an irresistible itching and then redness. I could not pinpoint the source as I read that it’s hard to determine. Haven’t had them (knock on wood) since tapering off prednisone. My theory is that I had some allergic reaction to prednisone - certainly not anything doctors agree with since it’s used to cure hives. You don’t mention the use of prednisone in your post so not sure if it applies to you.
Also, one theory is it could be the autoimmune condition itself.
