Adorime penis pump on Amazon. It had been several years since my RP, so it seemed a little uncomfortable at first. That changed pretty quickly as I became used to it. Mine came with rings to keep the erection up that kind of work... Getting the pump off your penis impacts your concentration... I like that it has several vacuum levels and you don't need to pump by hand, so you don't need to worry about either of those issues. Buy one. You need to make sure you get good contact with skin to maintain suction - make sure your pubic hair is out of the way.
