I dropped 40 pounds on the Mayo Clinic Diet (which led me to this site).
Three years later I can tell that it is possible to gain weight if you eat enough simple, unrefined whole foods.
I've not gained back 40 pounds, but I'll bet I'd feel better if I dropped 15 pounds.
So it's time to restart tracking what I eat.
Step 1- Put a notebook and pen in the kitchen.
I'll try to enjoy it....grrr....

Yes, on this WholeFoodsPlantBased Lifestylecive started on, I don't want to lose weight as I am about the right weight now at 110 pounds. And I've achieved that. I eat a lot and can stay the same by stopping eating 3 hours before bedtime and incorporating short exercise (brisk walks) of 5-10 minutes after meals. Before that I was losing about a pound/week (and eating a lot). I became interested in this after reading "The China Study" published in 2005 and updated in 2016. Author is T. Colin Campbell. There is a website with support and 2-3 cookbooks.
