@brianwong57 I’m a trauma therapist and in that process of becoming who I am now I will always be on a spiritual quest. A gazillion years ago I went to a deepak chopra weekend to begin my meditation/prayer process. Grew up in a religious home. Now I’m more spiritual than religious. I know that’s vague and it’s a big subject. Dorothy

@dorothyb1153 Morning Dorothy! This is really great to hear that you already have a spiritual foundation. Many people dealing with health challenges either never had any exposure to their spiritual world or simply don’t believe in this path of a healthy body, mind and spirit. You’ve got a few months before your appointment with Dr Tyson, so what will you do to change your outcome? Just curious?
