What I've read says the ADT drugs drop the testosterone and libido. However the ability to have an erection and orgasm is not affected. Of course this is in the context of other interventions too.

@thmssllvn Erection and orgasm can be anywhere from "not affected" to "gone". In my case, now after 9 days on Orgovyx, the word is "gone". My last orgasm was yesterday morning, and it was "awwww, sweet - that's so cute!" from a very gently engorged penis. The regression has been pretty steady since Day 1. It's like Orgovyx was formulated with me in mind. It's good to see that some folks' experience is quite different.
