I recently started seeing a physical therapist for long Covid. The first test she did on me was to see how much air I could breathe out. It was very little. Not a matter of trying, just a matter of capacity.

The good news is the therapy that I have started to address this and other symptoms, including fatigue and brain fog. Shortly I’m going to post the protocol I’ve been using in a new thread. So many people don’t have access to informed doctors or specialized therapies, I thought I would share. I just need some brain working well time to pull it together.

It's good to hear that someone's issues are being addressed and helped by therapy. I haven't had much luck with my local rehab programs. I'm looking forward to reading your protocol, with the knowledge that what works for one person might not work for someone else. But you've given me hope. Wishing you continued progress.
