Have you been told no to hrt if you are 10+ years post menopause?

I am very upset about this! I left my gyno office in tears. I've had 7 back surgeries. The surgeries forced me into menopause now I have osteoporosis. I am 58 and exercise six days a week. I try to be very healthy. I suffer every day with depression, brain fog, and no sex drive- the list could go on! I asked her for help. She handed me a script for estrogen cream to help with painful sex & a script for Fosomax for bone loss. She refused to add anything else. It's been ten years that I've been dealing with this. I have a long relationship with this doctor. I want my life back!

@belladawn13 JMO Throw the Fosomax (poison) script away and find a new doctor. I have a friend who is dealing with this and she is searching for a new doc. Look for bioidentical hormone replacement. My primary care offers BioT (which is the brand) I can't afford it because other than the blood work the pelets are out of pocket. I worked for a healthcare facility and met many of the nurses who were on this and swore by it.
