Hi @larry68

I do what works for me, as I am allergic to so many things.
1) quick shower at night have clean hair on pillow, and other stuff washed off...
2) if my allergies and pollen is high: 3) I change my pillow case every night.
4) I put my pillow in the dryer with a dryer ball once a week.
5) I wash and semi dry my sheets ( because folding a wet sheet-not my idea of fun. I put in an extra large sealable zip lock bag and put in the freezer for a couple of days. Then I dry them.
Also, see an eye doctor an optometrist is a good starting place.

@jfn - will you explain more about the freezer and what this does for the sheets? What about putting the pillow in the dryer with a dryer ball?
