I was on Lupron for six years and Orgovyx For almost three years. I have never had a fatigue problem. I was on Zytiga for 2.5 years, it causes a lot of fatigue for some people, but never caused a problem for me. I do sleep about six hours a night, And occasionally, I will get tired in the afternoon and take a 25 minute nap, Timed by my phone. That keeps me up till shortly after midnight without fatigue. I don’t nap every day. I go to the gym three days a week and run a mile two times every day. I will go to the gym, spend an hour working out, come home do things for about a half an hour and then go run a mile.

These drugs affect people differently. Good to hear you don’t have the fatigue in the afternoon. I was working with a guy who was on Zytiga, He would wake up in the morning and then have to go back to sleep for three hours because he was so exhausted. I encouraged him to increase his prednisone to 10 mg, His doctor agreed, And that made a big difference in his fatigue.

Lupron in 2019 was the worst thing that ever happened to me until now. I was a high performing Technical Solutions Engineer and ended getting fired and my career ruined due to the side effects.
