I had monthly injections of Eventity for a year. The neck pain side effect for me was pretty bad. I had my first infusion of Reclast today at a half dose of 2.5. I super hydrated and it was a slow infusion. So far no side effects. I have read several medical articles now that half doses once a year may work as well as the 5 mg doses. Best of luck. The friends who have been on Reclast have done very well with bone health.
